Paul Bancroft Architects would like to share a brief update with you as to how the practice is dealing with the coronavirus situation and the precautions that have been put in place.
The Practice wishes to reassure all our clients and suppliers that it is closely monitoring the situation and taking actions aimed at keeping our clients, colleagues and wider community safe and healthy.
Paul Bancroft Architects has a business continuity plan in place and has arranged processes to manage any potential disruption, including contingencies for its staff, workplace, and support services.
The Practice does not anticipate any major disruption to service levels related to coronavirus. Business service will continue as normal, meetings can continue however, where possible, it will be encouraged that these take place virtually.
The Paul Bancroft Architects’ office currently remains open, however if you do wish to visit, please expect to take necessary precautions to enable meetings to reflect Government guidance on social contact and hygiene. Should the office close, the practice will remain fully operational with staff working flexibly from home. Each member of staff is practicing social distancing and cleaning practice in line with Government guidance.
The team sends you well wishes for the weeks ahead and looks forward to collaborating with you on your projects as soon as we can.
